Using KariChat > Using custom online/offline images

You can use custom online/offline images for your live help.

You can customize the look of your online/offline chat images. To do this, please make 2 different jpeg/gif images for the Online and Offline buttons and mail it to support@karichat.com with your Customer ID (CID).

The images should be 150 x 61 pixels in size.
