Using KariChat > Chatting > Ending the chat session
What is this feature and what's the benefit?

Chat can be ended by either the Operator or by the Visitor by closing the chat window.
After ending the chat, you will get a dialog box asking you if you want the chat session transcript to be sent to your e-mail address.
