What are preset answers and how do I use
them?
Preset answers allow operators to quickly access answers
to frequently asked questions, using keyboard shortcuts
like A1 (for answer#1) and A2 (for answer#2) etc..
To set your preset answers, click on the "Answers" button
in your KariChat host page, and follow the instructions
on-screen to add and edit answers.
