> Receiving copy of chat session by e-mail
What is this feature and what's the benefit?
After ending the chat, you will get a dialog box asking you
if you want the chat session transcript to be sent to your e-mail address.
You should click on "Yes" and the transcript will be in your email
This will help you to keep a record of important chat conversations
and use it in the future.
