| How do I get a new KariChat account? |
| You can signup for a KariChat account by clicking on "Register"
in the top menu |
| Is
there a trial version that I can use before purchasing
a KariChat account? |
| Yes. You can get the trial version here.
The trial version is only valid for 3 days and can only
be used by one operator. However, it has no limitations
on the features available. Which means you can try all
the features of KariChat with the trial version. |
| How many operators can use my KariChat account? |
| A single KariChat account can have up to 5 operators and
more. If you want more than 5 operators you can request
by contacting a sales representative. Different pricing
plans are available depending on the requested number
of operators. |
| How many visitors can chat with a single
operator? |
| There is no limit on the number of chat sessions each operator
can have. However, it is recommended that you chat with
maximum 5 people at the same time. |
