following Terms of Service Agreement (Agreement) sets
the terms and conditions by which we, KariChat, provide
KariChat Live Chat service (service) to the website visitors
and registered members.
We reserve the right to change these terms any time and
acknowledge you of the changes by email using your registered
e-mail address. It is your duty to keep your contact information
up to date and to make sure our e-mail notifications reach
you.
Service:
KariChat is committed to providing you with the best possible
live chat service to meet your requirements and business
needs. KariChat will ensure that its service remains up
99% of the time, except when it's down for scheduled maintenance.
KariChat is committed to give you a fully functional live
chat application, as expected and advertised in the "features" page.
KariChat
is not, and cannot be responsible for 3rd party software
that may affect the Service's performance. It is your
responsibility to make sure that KariChat will work on
your computer as expected and as advertised on our website.
Our
Warranty:
If,
for any reason, KariChat goes down for a period longer
than 60 minutes, you may request a partial refund equal
to the 50% of the current month's usage fees.
If,
within the first 30 days of your account signup date,
and for any reason, you are not satisfied with KariChat's
service, you may request a complete refund of the initial
payment that you made to us at the registration date.
This refund should be requested within 30 days of the
signup for our service.
Billing:
If
you decide to pay by PayPal, you agree to be automatically
billed for using the Service on a scheduled basis depending
on your selected payment cycle, unless the Service is
specifically cancelled by you or by KariChat.
The
same applies if you select to pay by other payment methods.
It is your responsibility to make sure your PayPal account
balance has enough funds to pay for the service at the
payment date
